Overview:This wouldn't be a proper DragonBall setting without massive energy attacks, now would it? Energy attacks come in all shapes and sizes, and as the Universe 6 Tournament Arc of DragonBall Super has shown us, certain attacks seem to be a constant between species regardless of which Universe it is. With that in mind, Attacks are broken into 4 Categories: Novice, Advanced, Expert and Master. All new characters start out at the Novice level, and as such as able to select Three (3) Novice-level attacks as well as the creation of their own signature attack. All Signature Attacks at the Novice Level have a Powerlevel Multiplier of 2.5, meaning it will increase your powerlevel by 250% for the duration of the attack.
- Some attacks can only be selected by certain races and will be indicated by an annotation beside the attack description
- If you wish for your character to learn an attack that is not listed here, contact the GM

Novice Tier Between Powerlevels 500 and 75,000These are the most basic of Energy Attacks and abilities.
-Renzuko Energy Dan (x1.5) Otherwise known as the Consecutive Energy Volley, it's simply a series of quick Ki-blasts designed to overwhelm an opponent with numbers rather than brute force.
-Kiai (x1.5) A quick strike of invisible ki power. Does minimal damage, but can catch an opponent off guard. (Kaio-shin)
-Kamehameha (x2) The Turtle Destructive Wave, the user gathers energy near their core, then pushes a constant stream of energy outwards, exploding upon impact. (Human, Neko-jin, Neko/Human-Hybrids)
-Masenko-Ha (x2) The Demon Destructive Wave, the user gathers energy above their head, and brings their hands down, launching a yellow stream of ki at their opponent (Namek-jin)
-Zanzoken (x1.5) The After-Image. User moves at a 99.9999% the speed of light for a split-instant, leaving an intangible copy of themselves behind, remains for one round.
-Galicko-Ho (x2) Literally "Garlic Gun," this attack rapidly charges as the user gathers energy behind them, and launches a powerful beam of purple-colored ki. (Saiya-jin, Saiya-jin-Hybrids)
-Death Beam (x2) ...It's a beam. Of Death. Pierces targets rather than exploding. (Ice-jin, Ice-jin Hybrids)
-Dodanpa (x1.5) The Crane Destructive Beam, fired from the fingertip. Much faster charge time than other energy attacks, but not as powerful. (Neko-Jin, Neko-jin Hybrids)
-Full-Powered Energy Wave (x2.5) A Nondescript beam of energy, fired from two hands. Has high destructive potential.
-Metor Crash (x1.5) A rapid series of blows dealt at melee range. Can be devastating to an already weakened opponent.
-Makankosappo (x2.5) The Special Beam Cannon. User charges Ki near their 'Third Eye' and launches two beams from their index and middle fingers, one spiraling around the other. The Beam drills through whatever it hits. Extremely powerful, but takes 2 rounds to charge. (Namek-jin, Namek-jin Hybrids) -Scatter Shot (x2.5) A massive ball of ki is fired from the palms of the user, after a second, the energy blast will curve upwards and explode into numerous smaller blasts, each hitting their own target
-Taiyo-ken (x1.5) A true utility ability meaning "Fist of the Sun" or "Solar Flare", capable of blinding those who are tricked into looking at the user. Victims are blinded for 2 rounds, although those with the Ki Sense perk might still be able to track and attack their opponent. (Human, Neko-Jin, Human/Neko-jin hybrids)

Advanced Tier Between Powerlevels 75,000 and 250,000 These abilities are more advanced and require more time to master
-Energy Barrier (x3.5) The user generates a barrier of their own Ki around their body. Can absorb a lot of damage. User is stationary during the duration of the barrier. Lasts 3 rounds or until broken.
-Kienzan (x4.5) Destructo Disc, Death Slicer... Keinzan is the generic name given to any concentrated disc of energy designed to cut, rather than explode. Deceptively powerful and deadly.
-Multi-form (Powerlevel halfed per clone) The user splits themselves into semi-autonomous clones of them-self. While good for a tactic that may rely on overwhelming a foe, each clone as only half as strong as the one that came before.
-Explosive Wave (x3) By gathering a large amount of ki in the hand, the user can shotgun a high amount of energy a short range in front of them before it dissipates.
-Bomber DX (x3) A devastatingly powerful attack, designed to cause heavy damage over a wide area.
-Eraser Cannon (x4) A blast fired from the mouth. Looks ridiculous. Hits like a truck.
-Energy Lance (x3.5) User creates a ball of purplish energy that is launched as a wave. Is very good at puncturing through a target. (Kaio-shin)
-Paralyze Beam (3) A beam fired from the fingertip that can momentarily stun the opponent, can only be used at close to mid-range. Target is stunned for 2 rounds or until they receive damage.
-Eye Beam (3.5) Two narrow beams fired from the eyes. These beams are capable of piercing whatever they hit.
-Rocket Punch (x3.5) The Android's hands detach at the forearm, rocketing at their target for massive damage. The hands then return to the android. It even has a cool name! (Android only)
-After Image Strike (x4) The Zanzoken user is now able to leave a hard-light copy of themselves, capable of delivering one melee attack before fading. (Requires Zanzoken)
-Power Blitz (x3) A continuous barrage of energy fired from one or two hands.

Expert Tier Between Powerlevels 250,000 and 1,000,000 These attacks are capable of destroying planets, if not entire solar systems. Each attack takes one round to charge up.
- Big Bang Attack (x5.5) The user generates a dense ball of ki in the ball of their hand, and fires it towards the opponent, detonating on impact.
- Genocide Attack (x6) After taking stock of every living being within a certain radius, the user fires a continous stream of energy into the ski. Each burst of energy homes in on a specific target with the intent to kill. (Majin only)
- Hellzone Grenade (x5) The user fires numerous blasts of ki around the opponent. After a desired amount of ki has been expended, the user can collapse the balls of energy onto a target of their choosing. (Namek-jin only)
- Chou Kikoho (x6.5) The user forms a triangle using their hands. The user draws upon their own life force to empower the blasts, that paradoxically form a square. Can be fatal if overused. (Human, Neko-jin, Hybrids only)
- Hyper Masenko-ha (x5.5) An empowered Masenko-ha. Takes more time to gather energy, but results in a much more powerful attack. (Requires Masenko-ha)
- Justice Combination (x5) A ki-infused rush of punches and kicks. Each blow delivers enough energy to blow chunks of debris out of the ground around the user.
- Final Flash (x6.5) A devastatingly powerful ki blast. The user gathers two globes of ki in each hand before drawing them together and firing a massive beam of energy. Easily capable of destroying planets. (Saiya-jin, Hybrids only).
- Buster Canon (x6) Some may consider this to be a less-powerful version of the Final Flash.
- Death Canon (x6.5) Similar to the Explosive Wave, the Death Canon is fired by bracing one hand with the other, and firing a blast of ki. The Death Canon creates a purplish ball capable of sheering planets apart. (Ice-jin only)
- Renzuko Energy Barrage (x5) The user fires a continuous stream of ki blasts, each one dealing more damage than the last. (Requires Renzuko Energy Dan)

Master TierBetween Powerlevels 1,000,000 and 3,000,000These attacks are capable of ludicrous amounts of devastation. As such, they take time to charge. Each Attack takes two rounds to power up. This can be reduced with the Ki Savant Perk.
- Death Ball (x8.5) The user gathers a massive ball of orange/red energy above their head before dropping it onto their opponent. This attack is more than capable of destroying a planet. (Ice-jin, Majin, Hybrids).
- Final Shine (x9) An improved Final Flash, the user gathers energy in one hand near their hip before firing a green/white blast. Has high destructive power. (Requires Final Flash)
- Chou Kamehameha (x9) A vastly more powerful Kamehameha. The user takes more time to draw out more of their own energy. Brighter in color than the base Kamehameha (Requires Kamehameha)
- Taiyo-ken x100 (x7.5) "Solar Flare x100," this attack not only blinds those who look at it, but it also cuts off their ki sense for 3 rounds. (Requires Taiyo-ken)
- Gamma Burst Flash (x9.5) A devastatingly powerful attack. The user gathers energy in both hands near their hips, then thrusts their arms outward, hand rotated inward. The blast instantly hits the opponent in a massive explosion of energy.
- Die Die Energy Barrage (x8.5) The ultimate energy blast spam. Each blast travels like a spear towards the opponent.
- Final Atonement (x10) A self destruct ability. The user sacrifices all of the energy in their body for a final, massive explosion. Leaves the user in a petrified state.
- Chou Galicko-ho (x9) The "Super" Garlic Gun. A much deadlier version of the Galicko-ho. (Requires Galicko-ho)
- Heat Dome Attack (x8.5) The user generates a massive dome of energy before firing it off in a given direction, typically straight up.
- Chou Dodanpa (x8.5) The more powerful version of the Dodanpa. The user still gathers energy in one finger before firing a purple/yellow ball of energy. Detonates on impact. (Requires Dodanpa)
- Holy Assault (x8.5) The supreme heavenly attack. The user gathers a purple/white ball of energy near their sacrum before launching it forward. Has immense destructive potential (Kaio-shin)
- Mystic Flash (x9.5) The user rapidly gathers energy into the palm of their hand before releasing it in a close-range blast. (Namek-jin, Hybrids)

Abilities and PowerupsThese specific abilities require specialized training in order to become proficient, and require GM approval for an individual to undergo said training. HealingUtilization of the Healing ability allows one to use the Ki fields around them to mend the wounds of their ally. While the Dragon Clan of Namek are able to utilize this ability naturally, others would have to learn from a practictioner of the ability, the Guru of Namek, or one of the Supreme Kaioshin. Depending on the severity of the injury, the time it takes to heal a wound varies, and unfortunately, not even the best healers can mend lost limbs.
Time to Heal minor wounds: One Round
Time to Heal severe wounds: Three Rounds
Time to Heal mortal wounds: Five Round
Instant TransmissionA specialized skill created by the inhabitants of Planet Yardrat, the Instant Transmission ability allows the user to instantly teleport from one location to another. The user needs to be able to hone in on a specific powerlevel to teleport to, meaning that the user must be able to sense Ki in order to teleport any further than what a Scouter can pick up.
Kaio-KenOtherwise known as King-Kaio's Fist, the Kaio-Ken is a powerful ability that allows the user to manipulate their ki in order to grant themselves quick, powerful boosts to their strength and speed. However, this ability comes with serious draw backs. Overuse of the technique can result in extreme detriment to the user's physical health. Furthermore, attempting to push oneself past their own limit with the Kaio-Ken could result in the user self-destructing. It should also be noted that in order to utilize the Kaio-Ken, the user must enter a zen-like state, meaning that the technique can not be utilized in conjunction with abilities or power-ups that require the user to be angry, such as a Rage Boost or any of the Super Saiya-jin forms.
Requirement: Receive training in the technique from one of the four King Kaio-shin.

Spirit BombAn exceptionally powerful technique, the user gathers energy from every living being around him in order to generate a massive ball of ki. The Spirit Bomb (or Genki-dama) can only be used by someone who is pure of heart, and will only harm evil beings. Given that morality is subjective, it's best not to dwell too long on how the Spirit Bomb judges others.Requirements: Must train with one of the Four King Kaio-shins, have the Pure of Heart perk.Multiplier: The Spirit Bomb is only as strong as the energy gathered. The user must convince those around him to give a specific amount of their ki to the user. If no one gives their ki willingly, the user can draw power from animals and plants in the area, but the resulting attack will be severely weaker. As this is a highly situational attack, the GM will dictate what multiplier will be granted in a given instance.
Metamor-jin FusionMetamor-jin Fusion, otherwise known as the Fusion Dance, is a special technique utilized by the Metamor-jin of planet Metamora. Essentially, the technique requires two individuals of a similar size and power to perform a specific set of movements in order to align their ki and merge into one person. The resulting being is a blend of the two personality types, and is vastly stronger than either participant on their own.Requirement: Must receive training in the Fusion Dance from a Metamor-jin or someone who already knows the Fusion Dance. Users must be within 6 inches height difference and within 250,000 Powerlevel.Multiplier: (Powerlevel of Person A + Powerlevel of Person B) x 20 Example: Billy (100,000) + Johny (90,000) x 20 = 3,800,000
Potara Fusion Described by the Kaio-shin as 'True Fusion,' the Potara Fusion is achieved by two individuals putting one one half of a pair of Potara Ear Rings. The users' bodies are draw together and conjoin into a new being that is greater than the sum of its parts. While Mortals can only remain fused for an hour (50 turns) A Kaio-shin that uses the Potara to fuse with another Kaio-shin will be permanently fused, and can only be unfused by a source of extreme magic, such as a wish from the DragonBalls.
Requirements: A pair of Potara Ear Rings.
Multiplier: (Powerlevel of Person A + Powerlevel of Person B) x 50 Example: Billy (100,000) x Johny (90,000) x 50 = 9,500,000
